Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anime TV & Downloader Android application (package com.anime.downloader) and the website at anime-downloader.animekill.com (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

Anime TV & Downloader is a general-purpose web browser for Android with an integrated download manager. It detects media files served by the web pages you choose to visit and lets you save them to your own device.

We are a tool provider. We do not host, upload, stream, index, curate or distribute any video content. We have no relationship with the websites you visit and no control over what they publish. All content is transferred directly between your device and the third-party site you have chosen to open.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for what you do with the Service. In particular, you agree that you will:

• Only download content that you own, that you have the copyright holder's permission to download, that is in the public domain, or that is offered under a licence permitting download.
• Comply with the terms of service of every website you visit through the app.
• Comply with all applicable copyright, intellectual property and other laws in your country.
• Not use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, or for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.

Downloading copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder is illegal in most countries. You accept full legal responsibility for the content you access, download and store.

3. DRM and Technical Protection

The Service does not remove, circumvent or defeat digital rights management (DRM), encryption, or any other technical protection measure. DRM-protected content cannot be downloaded and you must not attempt to use the Service for that purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to it.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or repackage it under another name.
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service or the websites reached through it.
• Use the Service to access material that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Service acts as a browser. Any website you open is controlled by a third party and subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for third-party sites or anything they publish, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them.

6. Advertising

The Service is free and supported by advertising delivered by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Ads are subject to those networks' own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising identifiers and how to limit ad personalisation.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its name, logo and design are the property of Anime TV & Downloader and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Downloaded content remains the property of its respective copyright owners — you gain no rights in it by saving it.

8. Copyright Complaints

We do not host content, so in most cases a takedown request should be directed to the website actually hosting the material. If you believe the app itself infringes your rights, contact us at admin@animekill.com with details identifying the work and the alleged infringement, and we will review it promptly.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Features may change between versions. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular website will remain compatible with it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any content will be available, accurate or lawful in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anime TV & Downloader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, device damage, or legal claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service — including any claim resulting from content you chose to download. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anime TV & Downloader from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
