Yes. The app is free to download and use. It is supported by ads, which help keep development going.
Which video formats are supported?
Progressive files (MP4, WEBM, MKV) plus segmented streaming formats — HLS (.m3u8) and DASH (.mpd). Segmented streams are merged into one file before they land in your library.
Why can't I download from a particular site?
Some services encrypt their streams with DRM. Anime TV & Downloader does not bypass DRM or any other technical protection measure, so DRM-protected video cannot be saved.
Where are my downloads saved?
In your device's Movies/Downloads folder. They stay on your phone and are never uploaded to us — the download runs directly between your device and the site you are visiting.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login required to browse or download.
Can I download anything I want?
