Delete Your Data
Request deletion of any data associated with your use of Anime TV & Downloader
Option 1 — Delete Everything on Your Device
This is instant, complete, and does not require contacting us:
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Anime TV & Downloader.
- Tap Storage → Clear storage / Clear data.
- This erases your browsing history, tabs, bookmarks, cookies, settings and the app's download records.
- To remove the app entirely, uninstall it. Downloaded video files stay in your Movies/Downloads folder — delete them from your file manager if you want them gone too.
Option 2 — Reset Your Advertising Identity
Advertising and analytics identifiers are managed by Android, not by us:
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Tap Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID) and opt out of ad personalisation.
Option 3 — Ask Us to Delete Server-Side Data
The only data we may hold is diagnostic: aggregated analytics events, crash reports, a push-notification token, and standard server logs. Use the form below (or email us) and we will delete records we can associate with you.
What Gets Deleted
- Your push-notification token, so you stop receiving announcements
- Crash reports and analytics events we can link to your advertising ID or installation
- Any support correspondence you have sent us
What May Be Retained
We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or for security and fraud prevention — for example, raw server logs, which are rotated on a short schedule. Fully anonymised and aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you may also be retained. Records held by Google (Play Store install history, for example) are controlled by Google, and deleting data here does not remove them.
Processing Time
Requests are actioned within 30 days. We may reply to your email to confirm the request before we proceed.
